GAA Amigos Skills Challenge

Congratulations to Liam, Cormac, Andrew and Jamie who won the Sligo final of the GAA Amigos skills challenge. The challenge was held in Summerhill College on Thursday 3rd March. Twelve schools from around the county participated with four players on each team. Teams were tested on their soloing, kick passing and point scoring ability. Players from our Gaelic football team participated in the Cumann na mBunscol quiz recently in St Mary’s Parish School. The girls enjoyed a challenging afternoon with many areas of knowledge being tested. Although the final scores were quite close, the team marginally missed a place in the next round.

Our Senior Hurling match v Kilcash will now take place on Monday 14th May at 1:30p.m. in Dualla. This is essentially a Co. Quarter Final. We wish our squad the best of luck for this game. Carpe Diem!
